Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Pet Stylist to join our team. As a Lead Pet Stylist, you will be responsible for grooming and styling pets in accordance with breed standards or pet owners' instructions. You will also be in charge of supervising and training other groomers, ensuring that our furry clients receive top-notch care and attention. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent grooming skills, and a love for animals.

    Earn 50% commission plus 100% of your tips, with daily earnings typically ranging from $250 to $500.
  • Sign-On Bonus
    Receive $1,000 after 90 days as a full-time groomer, or $500 for part-time.

    Choose a schedule that fits your life. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available.
  • We have hydraulic lift tables so you won't have to lift the pets yourself!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the grooming team and ensure the highest standards of pet care
  • Perform grooming services such as bathing, cutting, and styling pets
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with pet owners
  • Train and mentor other groomers to improve their skills
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Pet Stylist in a professional grooming salon
  • Certification from a reputable grooming school is a plus
  • Excellent grooming skills and knowledge of breed-specific cuts
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • A love for animals and a compassionate attitude
